"We stayed in the new section and our room was beautiful but definitely had a small of drainage issues. Large indoor heated pool which was empty and a well equipped gym. Food was average to good but lacked signage. Beach bar lacked higher end cleanliness and put me off and poor welcome from reception staff on arrival. Reviewed given this is meant to be a 5 star resort. Definitely walk up along the beach where it opens up and is just beautiful.....a hidden gem the river merges into the sea "

"A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here. "

"The colleagues at this property and the sister hotel were amazing. Friendly and efficient. Great clean rooms. Autograph restaurant and buffet very good. "We loved staying at this hotel. The modern, clean and comfortable facility had some of the friendliest staff we encountered during our stay in Greece. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were sad to leave them after 2 days. The hotel is not in the tourist area of Chania. It feels much more Greek. We drive into town one night for dinner which was 10-15 minutes the other night we went to a small town 10 minutes in the other direction and had a fantastic meal at a small Greek family run...
