"Amazing location on the water with awesome views. Kayaks, bikes and free breakfast was lovely. Good social areas, glamping tent was comfy and power and lights were set up well. Use of kitchen was very handy. Dorm room was simple, great beds but incredibly loud right beside the highway. Overall property needs some work, bathrooms were smelly and no hot water, sink area was always dirty. Some lighting around walkways, common areas and front entrance would have been helpful. "We wanted to find an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle while we were in Mexico so we opted for Kapok based on its reviews. Unfortunately, I walked away ~50 bites. We noticed substantial amount of orange stain on the bottom of the curtain and bed sheet- the part that’s tucked under while the bed is made.
