I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Gabriella who went above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely stay. This will be the only place I stay in Atlanta moving forward. "I love the historic feel of this grand hotel! At check-in I had exceptional service that was warm, welcoming, and most of all caring. I'd like to thank Thembela for her cheery personality and wonderful hospitality, GREAT customer service and reflection on this hotel. I booked this short getaway in December to tour Atlanta, experience popular restaurants, and attend the Cirque du Soleil performance at the historic Fox Theatre, which is directly across the street from this hotel. There are various restaurants within walking distance, a plus! The rooms are very spacious apartment style, most with kitchen and washer/dryer. Reasonably priced. I am very picky when it comes to hotels and staying away from home and had the best time, mostly because my stay was the best! I highly recommend and will definitely return with my family for the next stay! "
