The front office people were wonderful, very friendly, helpful and so polite. The cleaning staff were friendly too. The pillows are huge so I was glad to have my own. We have enjoyed every stay here. They were very accommodating.

I always enjoy staying at the High Point Inn & Suites. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to their guests. The hotel provides a great view of the town and it is located closely to shopping centres, restaurants, and convenience stores. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling thru Peace River.

They are currently successfully beating up the major hotel chains. The staff apologized for not having an elevator in a two story building and insisted on carrying our bag. They have a mini store in the lobby. They have a 24/7 snack bar that is free to guests with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, muffins, cereal and milk, various types of items to toast with many different toppings. This in addition to a full free buffet style breakfast. We will definitely enjoy this property next time we are this way.

Excellent staff - very friendly and accommodating. The hotel does not have an elevator so request the main floor if you are unable to climb. A lot of stairs. Renovated rooms that are clean.
