Vous réglez votre reservation en ligne par CB mais deux heures plus tard la soit-disant gérante vous appelle pour vous donner un lien de paiement immediat sans quoi elle ne vous donne pas de chambre. Hotels.com fait le necessaire pour qu'elle recoive son paiement ou du moins sa garantie d'être payée , et là , plus rien elle disparait.
