"I'm not good at English, but the staff politely answered my questions using the translation function on their smartphones. The room was not dirty either. The area around the hotel could be called a slum. The shower had a water heater, but there was no hot water."

"Other than the location of the property, this hotel is not suitable for tourist outside of the Philippines. Staff are generally poorly trained and bedding and toilets are poorly maintained and not cleaned. Toilet seat was missing and there were stains and hair star da on the bed sheet. "
