"The hotel itself is very nice including the exterior grounds and seems to be in good condition, and we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a huge apartment-style cottage which was really great. Most of the service was good, but the hotel seems to be short-handed, eg. we had to wait a little while checking out because there was only one guy working at the front desk although there was a line. "Our stay was outstanding except for the lack of adequate parking. On Saturday 1 March there was no on site parking available requiring us to park off site. Staff was excellent and room was superb."

"Overall, the stay was very good. Room was spacious and clean. There were a couple of nits. One -- the room has some built in USB ports -- however, for the room I was in, they did not work. There was also a lamp on the desk that did not appear to have an on/off switch. The only way to turn it off -- you had to unplug it. Lastly, the breakfast area was in an open air area. Which could be a little cold in the morning. All minor nits -- but overall a pleasant stay."

"The photos of the rooms showed a coffee maker but these were not available in any room. This is poor & deceptive. The room was lovely but no cleaning until requested the night before. Lovely pool area but pool wasn’t heated."

"Requested handicapped/accessible when placing reservation but was told none were available. I was first offered a room with a bathtub.I cannot lift my right leg for than a few inches so getting into a shower is dangerous as I am a fall risk. I was told to wait and a roll in shower should become available. I waited…… I finally got a room but received a step in shower instead. Still risky but managed to get in.
