"We enjoyed the overall experience and had a great view from the room. The only minor draw back was that our room was located below the Club 360, and we heard some excessive noise (furniture dragging?) presumably when staff were opening or closing up. No cover for the club was nice but a VIP area would have been better, given the room cost. Staff was over-all very helpful, and it was nice to store our luggage before check-in, leaving us free to bounce around the city a little with the location perfect for easy sightseeing. Honorable mention to the breakfast buffet, we loved it! "

"This Hotel is located in literally the heart of the city, at least from the touristic POV. Although the entrance might give you the wrong impression, the hotel is beautiful, cozy and quiet rooms with all the expected ammenities, it has a nice little terrace, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. It's worth every cent, we've stayed at the Hyatt also in Gran Via and the Riu and this place is BY FAR way better. Looking forward to be back. "
