"Overall great stay. A few things were outdated. The gym could use a revamp and the smaller Dumbbell size was #15s. The pool area was a bit drab. Our room was clean-ish. There were a few crumbs left over from previous guests and our washcloth that was white had a stain. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is close to many dining options. "

"I was upset because myself and six other guests waited in the lobby to check in for 27 minutes. There was no staff anywhere to be seen and it was only 9ish at night. I even called the 800 number to see what was going on, and shortly after reporting the absence of staff, someone did finally appear. No apology whatsoever, and he acted very nonchalant. But once I was checked in and got to my room that pretty well made up for the bad start. Lovely rooms (I just had a basic king), very clean, quiet,...

"Room and facilities were good a clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast available but very limited and the waffles were not good. Had my favorite cereal tho. Serveral food optikns close by and a mall pretty close. The parking lot is pretty small, a little creepy at night, and kinda dumb in design. There was also a (possibly abbandoned) car out back with several large rocks thrown thru the windshield. So that was... uh interesting. My car was fine."
