"My heart belongs to this hotel… The whole team and staff treated us as if we were from a royal family. They even remembered our name. Fantastic breakfast, exquisite hotel, spacious room… nothing to complain but only tiptop The concierge team arranged a perfect trip to the tourist attractions. One of the best trips in our life! We appreciated everything but the most was the heartwarming hospitality of the hotel!"

"Dated hotel which could still be a gem if renovated. Service was impecable. Breakfast had enormous choices of Indonesian breakfast. Location somewhat run down. But taking taxi in and out solved that issue."

"The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) . "The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...
