"We had the most incredible 3-day stay at Tim's Beachouse Hotel property in Cebu, Philippines! "The owners were absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful. We stayed here a couple days and every night they arranged to have us taken in to town for dinner and picked up and taken back again and helped us with catching buses when we left. They also arranged our Whale Shark experience with the same tricycle driver who ensured that we were in the right place at the right time (something that may have been quite daunting if we were on our own). Their generosity will not be forgotten, thank you."

"I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. The place is quiet and just off the main road. Very close to the airport, beaches and other attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours scooter rentals and rides. "Their advertising is very misleading. They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining "
