However, we arrived several hours early and the desk staff didn't seem to know what to do with us, nor did they offer to hold our luggage, while we went to find something to eat. The mattresses are super basic and the water heater must have a timer or something because it would stop producing hot water in the middle of people tryingvto shower after the pool. "

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. It looked exactly like the photos shown online and everything was in good working order. Everything provided was adequate for me and my family however I suggest that for larger families, additional utensils (saucepans, cutlery etc) should be provided. The host was very responsive to any queries and I would definitely stay there again."

"There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...

"This property reflected the pictures you see online. Very clean and bright. In the heart of all shopping malls, from high-end to low. Lots of restaurants. The only downside is traffic is busy, especially in the am when people are going to work and rush-hour traffic after work. Other than that it was perfect. Would stay again."

"We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing."
