"A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. There were very limited kitchen items- no spatulas or coffee mugs and very little to cook with. We really enjoyed the general areas of the hotel but the unit was definitely disappointing. I...

"This is a beautiful, well equipped property. Excellent location right on the square in Casco Viejo. So clean and bright! Balcony space, lovely shower in the bathroom. Washer and dryer in room! Very classy and comfortable! The coffee shop downstairs is also excellent and has a super friendly staff. "

"There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. "We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing."

"We were not given the entry code prior to arrival and they were unreachable until we came across a housekeeper. Then the apartment was not as described. There was no second bathroom as described so people would need to go into another bedroom to use the only bathroom. The wall was crumbling and the sink was stained a nasty yellow brown color. There was dust and hair all over the coffee table and furniture. We were so disgusted we booked another place and left. Now the company is refusing to...

"This is an excellent alternative to a traditional hotel or those requiring longer stays and would like a kitchen. Business condo is a good option and has laundry. Only real disappointment was electrical switches are poorly wired, which made light operation difficult. Recreation, pool and fitness areas on upper floors are quite nice and clean, and have excellent views. Cafe on ground level has simple, but good food choices, but operating hours are limited.
