"Beautiful property and resort. Food and drinks were very good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lacking a fitness gym and shuttle to the town. Without the shuttle you have 1 tuk-tuk for the entire hotel guests, or you can walk on a very, very, rugged and hard to walk road, up a steep hill, and down a very steep hill with traffic and no shoulder for safety. "El Hotel es estilo colonial muy lindo y limpio. Tuvimos una increíble vista al Lago de Atitlan. Es importante mencionar que en la habitación no hay plancha, refrigerador ni cajilla de seguridad; aunque la cajilla no es tan importante, el personal es muy honrado. Mi esposo dejó su argolla de matrimonio y al regresar hicieron la limpieza y ahí estaba su argolla, también al salir; olvide unos artículos y salieron a dejármelos. Muchas gracias!! "

"I did enjoy my stay in this hotel. The owner is very nice. He speak quite good English and he can be very helpful. They do have a pool. They do have a breakfast in the hotel as well. It cost. My hope was very pleasant and quite large."

"IT is the most beautiful hotel, the property is gorgeous. It's like being in a botanical garden. Pool and jacuzzi is great. It is super clean. The only downside is that i though the food wss mediocre. I look forward to coming back."
