"Room was so clean. I like the wooden floor it makes the room look elegant. Staff always cleaning the p-way and always available to render service. The hotel is walking distance to SM downtown and Harbor point. A lot of bars and restaurant around the area. Since you are situated in the middle of bars and resto expect loud music till 2 am. It can be heard inside your room but it’s tolerable. We will coming back. "

"Staff are all very helpful and took good care their customers in an outstanding manner."

"The air conditioner wasn’t big enough, and the room was hot. I asked for a fan, they told me very impolitely that they didn’t have one. We closed the bathroom door. It stuck shut, and wouldn’t open. 3 staff came in eventually. It took them 20 minutes to get it open. There was no coffee, no water available. The blanket supplied was infant sized and thin, no top sheet. This is the most basic room I think I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff were very rude. "

"Everything was great"

"Rooftop pool is closed all day until 4:00PM! Crazy! So when the sun is out, you can’t get se the pool. The staff at the rooftop restaurant are unattentive and very very slow! Ground floor restaurant which is open for breakfast is excellent and has attentive friendly staff. Hotel is clean and in excellent condition, all other staff are helpful and considerate. Why is the best amenity (the rooftop pool) closed all day? Every day??"

"The hotel staff are exceptional. Very friendly and happy to help at all times We had a problem with the safe which was quickly rectified. The location is a tricky one. At the back of the property is the beach and the breakfast view is gorgeous and a morning walk along the beach is great. The front of the property is noisy and the street at night is like a red light district. We wanted an evening drink but were put off and went back to the hotel which was fine for a drink.
