"I had travelled 25 hours and was very tired when I arrived, and the staff were particularly helpful. They came to my room and helped set up the safe and the TV when I couldn’t. I like that they have bottled water in the lobby area that the guests can always access. They don’t have lots of flashy stuff, but you have everything you need and the things they have are all good (like the hot shower). "

"4 nights. Location is great. Walking distance to many places of interest. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. had toast with ham/salami/cheese, coffee/juice/yogurt drink (love the pink kind), freshly cut fruits, pastry items. But about the same everyday. WiFi available in room but not useable (slow and spotty. Had to go to lobby to use WiFi. This would be my biggest complaint. No noise insulation. Can hear neighbors cough, every door opening / closing and traffic on the road. AC...
