Had a little difficulty with requests to room service, and it took a few days before our request of extra pillows was granted. A week in Kowloon

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water bottles/flasks as water is no longer provided in rooms. Would recommend though."
