"We cannot say enough about this hotel! We have stayed here 3 times and love it! Everyone is friendly, it's clean, and has everything we need. The grounds are beautiful and wonderfully decorated for Christmas! Definitely be back."

"While the daytime front desk manager provided 5 star service, when the night time manager started it was amateur hour. The doorman also never opened the door for me. Surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Otherwise the property itseld was a gem. The room felt so comfortable, as if we were at home in our apartment. The bathroom was especially nice with marble tile. Also, not related to my review but there is a coffee machine in a common area that is for employees only. It seems a little odd. "

"Great location. As someone who was born and raised long ago in Palo Alto, I was excited to be back in my old neighborhood. It was great to be able to run from the hotel to my old high school (Gunn) and up into Los Altos Hills, where I used to do training runs. My room was not cleaned after the first night, but after I complained it was cleaned and refreshed well the next day. The small fitness center could use an upgrade, for example with towels and more exercise mats being provided."

"Our stay was amazing! Felt as if we were staying with family. As soon as we walked in they knew welcomed us and knew us. They even wished my daughter a Happy Birthday! They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Anything we needed they made sure they were there to help with whatever. Room was amazing and clean. Hotel Manager introduced himself and made me feel like family. Great staff and manager! Overall recommend this 100%!! Definitely will be coming back soon! "
