"Overall was ok. It was noisy as my room was close to the main Road. Spacious room with spa. Spa had some unknown yellowish plastic stain which didn’t look appealing to use. Requested for 30mins late check out time I was declined.I had an online meeting scheduled from 0900-1000, just in cause my meeting drags on I requested for an extra 30mins late checkout at 1030, it was declined. I thought it was a reasonable request, but to them it was not. "

"This place was absolutely immaculate and it truly sparkles. It is if not the cleanest, then it's as clean as any hotel or similar we have ever stayed in, anywhere around the world. They have thought of everything and provided it. Lovely bed linen, towels and a very comfortable bed. The shower is great, the spa is one of the best and there are no leaks! And the people running it are friendly, pleasant and extremely efficient. "
