"This is the best hotel I've experienced in Italy. The location was incredibly central and pretty much ideal. The staff were most attentive and kind, and the room (even though I booked one of their cheaper options) was stylish with many thoughtful touches. My largest regret was that I had only booked 3 nights there; I wish I could have stayed longer. The only area for improvement I could think of is around the breakfast. The selection and quality was amazing, but there was a little confusion during the service, which meant that the toast I'd ordered was bread on the 2nd morning and absent on the 3rd. I didn't raise this with the hotel, as it seemed such a minor point. Another guest became a little agitated about the confusion on one morning."

Regarding Hotel - very nice, awesome and courteous and very helpful - from doorman, to bellmen, front desk as well staff for the breakfast. Highly recommend for the quality stay in Palermo. "

"Fantastic boutique hotel/BB. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the welcome was great. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. We were overlooking the street below, with a cute balcony. Noise levels were fine, even with live music and a vibrant nightlife on the doorstep (just make sure you close the door properly!) We'll be back to Palermo, and we'll be back to Boutique B&B Vintage too! "
