"Our stay was fantastic, but with one caveat. The wait staff leaves much to be desired as far as being able to take and fulfill an order. Twice we had dinner at the hotel dining room and both times the wait staff made at least one error on the order and even forgot to place the order. And then once I ordered lunch at the beach and they didn’t bother to include utensils or napkins. Having said that, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent."

"Mr Noad and Mimi and the rest of the crew makes sure your stay in El Nido is unforgettable Highly recommended. Mr Noad booked all our tours and transportation back to Puerto Princesa at very reasonable price. Surprised my husband with a bottle of wine and s bday cake with room decor.
