the Mandarin hotel managed by centre point was a perfect location. The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were not happy with the view in our first room and the staff quickly had us transferred to a different room. That being said we didn't spend much time in the room as the hotel is close to all the attractions that Bangkok has to offer. The pool was a very welcoming respite after a long day. The cleaning staff were superb. One of the cleanest hotels hotel we have ever stayed at. The buffet breakfast option is great value and starts your day off well, it has a huge selection of dishes to choose from. would recommend this hotel for first timers to Bangkok as it is located within easy access to everything, 25 minute walk to Chinatown and the Golden Buddha is along the way. The hop on hop off bus stops right outside....

"The location is perfect- being able to jump on the BTS is great & a 5 minute walk to MBK. Breakfasts were good too. "The staff were really accommodating they handle a large volume of guest during check in / check out. I had an issue with the air con, lights and switch board. It was fixed within the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful in general. A very well organised hotel"
