Lovely toiletries in bathroom and Nespresso machine for coffees etc. Breakfast was also excellent. We opted for the croissants which were yummy. "Very friendly staff who were extremely kind. The food menus was very limited and on a few occasions there was nothing that I liked. Don’t get duped into their half board rate - there are local restaurants despite them saying that there aren’t (there are two in the village within a three minute walk!). I was very upset that I was convinced to pay 55 euro each for HB upon arrival (after being told there were no restaurants nearby) but when I asked to cancel the HB fee the following day I was told...

"A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!"

The room was lovely, the breakfasts were great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of things to do and where to eat in the evenings. "Couldn’t have a better position in a beautiful town full of much entertainment for tourists. Art, architecture, gastronomy and mountains. Friendly local people probably awaiting the low season! "We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet."

"We had a great stay at Sofia. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Helped us change rooms and then were always very informative when we had questions. The place is clean and spacious for a double room. We had the half board and breakfast and dinner were your standard buffets but definitely options for everyone. We didn’t eat there every night as there are a lot of good restaurants outside of the hotel. Awesome being right on the beach"

"Our stay was beyond great. It all started with the great welcome and support of the smiling Adeline. The room is overlooking Alcudia’s great beach. You need literally 4 steps and you will be at the beach. Waking up to sound of the waves was magical and the place itself is clean and has a nice vibe and all the team was very friendly. Would definitely recommend it! "
