"A clean and comfortable budget hotel similar to Travelodge in the UK. Nice touch with the common area and teas, coffees etc. it’s not the nicest area of Delhi but it is off the main road and not down a dark alley. Would recommend Bloomrooms again."

All of the hotel staff were sleeping on the floor and the door was locked, so we had to bang on the door in order to even get into the hotel. When we checked in, the staff didn't believe that I had a booking, and when I showed him our passports and printed email from Expedia, he then tried to make me pay him in cash again for the room, and I clearly pointed out that the room was already paid for through...
