"Horrible, horrible... The property is not at all in condition to stay. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and all the toilet accessories were worn out. The linen did not looked clean and there were stains on the pillow covers and quilt cover. It seems the owner has abandoned the property. The only good part was the staff that were trying to do their best. Expedia should not even list this property."

As it was my first time to bali i was unsure of where to go and what to do. Balik drove me on his scooter almost everyday for free, although this may not always be the case. They also remt scooters. "A unique experience to hideout. We booked lightroom and it was perfect. We had welcome drinks and snacks. Staff so friendly and down to earth. Food is delicious. Fried rice was the star of all dishes. Everyone commincates via watsup so any questions or oders, gets done quick. Highly recommend this place. To stay here be open to outdoor vibes and expectations. Drive from airport is 2 hours but the scenery is amazing. You get to see real village lifestyle."

"We came here after a horrible experience on the west side of the island. The staff was super friendly here. Pros: sunset views, pool, affordable laundry service, breakfast was ok, staff was very helpful and kind Cons: air conditioning couldn’t keep up, there was a RANK smell like sewage coming from the shower (I think the stones in the shower don’t ever get cleaned and the water runs off pretty slow). We had to keep the light/vent going on all night to keep the smell away."

"Excellent experience at this hotel. The facilities are very clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff here may be the kindest of any hotel I have stayed at… the front desk, restaurant staff, room service. Everybody says “hello” or “good morning” with a big smile.
