"Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests. Out of the two primary pools and the tubs, only the top restaurant pool was filled, but was green and murky. The remaining pools on site had all been drained and looked to be waiting some kind of maintenance. For a superior room, it was substandard. Barely room for the queen bed, and like notes above.. the water pressure for the shower was almost nonexistent. "
