"This hotel is well placed upon the beach. Easy walking to other areas with fine dining and shopping as well as ocean front experiences. The cleaning staff were exceptional. Room was always cleaned and left in a great state. They even tucked in the Teddy Bear, which is key! The Teddy Bear travels everywhere, and is a good indication of service. Sometimes tossed aside, but when service is great, tucked in, given the remote and sometimes wine! This staff passed the test!!!"

"Updated Hotel, Clean and well organized. Professional Staff. We have been in Hawaii many times. This Hotel did not disappoint us. You have to visit Monkeypod Restaurant, it is amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!"

"The rooms were spacious and it was located at a very central and convenient end of Waikiki. It's not a large city, so everything is walkable distance from the hotel- beaches, restaurants and shopping . My only complaint is that we paid extra for a ocean view room and all we got a balcony facing the side street view but a window looking toward the ocean. I hardly call that 'ocean view " to justify the extra charge. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Good breakfast spread each morning."
