"From start to finsh, we had an amazing time on the Queen Mary! Checking in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and larger than expected. We really enjoyed the haunted 👻 tour and getting to see a few places we couldn't see on our own. We went to Chelsea's for dinner and had fantastic food and drinks! The checkout was easy and they allow you to stay aboard for a few hours after and will watch your luggage if you didn't have a car to put it in! Would stay here...

"Overall, my family enjoyed this property. However, there were a few downsides. The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable BUT they were not the worst ever just expect more comfort at a hotel. The property is very conveniently located near shops which makes it easy to walk to dinner or grab snacks. The pool and hot tub were a highlight of our stay! Very clean and enjoyable heated pool and hot tub! It is a pet friendly hotel but it’s a bummer that our fur baby was not welcomed in the pool...
