"Great safe secure parking. We were met by the friendly owner who gave us maps of the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was newly decorated with lush carpet. The house was warm and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. bus stop right outside. 15 minute walk to town. Lots of earring drinking places nearby. Great value for the money. We would definitely book again. "

"Astonishingly bad. Had to wait 15 minutes outside to get in as the owner was not there, breakfast was in a room with no tables and I was expected to make it myself, the downstairs toilet had no walls and the place was filthy. Should not be allowed to be a B&B. "

"I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan....

"This is a lovely house. Spacious, but still cosy in winter. Very close to a good bus route into Oxford. Even though it is near to Oxford centre, the house and garden are very private, down a quiet lane Everything was spotless, and the kitchen island was a great place for the family to prepare meals together.
