"Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We really appreciated the staff and their service while we were there. I highly recommend this stay!"

"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Nice hotel. Huge room. The bathroom was bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. All the staff we interacted with were fantastic. "The hotel is at very close proximity (5 min) walk to Fujikyu Highland train station with some options for dining in that area. Overall property is quite clean (seems newly built) and they have free parking in the back. The best of all is that when you open the window in the morning, the view of Fujisan is right in front of your face."
