Despite the property being under renovation, I completely disliked the lack of attention to detail when it comes to simple things such as linens. Although the hotel receptionist mentioned they do not do housekeeping unless requested, which was not a problem. But on 2 separate occasions i would leave in the morning and ask that washcloths and towels be put in the room and both days, no one came to replace the linens, or take out the old ones. I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, only for it to happen the next day.

The staff was the best about this stay. They are ready to help and are very friendly. The hotel was very old and in bad shape, the rooms were clean, but the stains on the floor and carpet were insane. There is a lot of renovation around the hotel. I hope it gets better soon.

The price is as low as it gets, which makes up for the outdated rooms. I saw that renovation will be done soon, cant wait to stay again after the renovation!

I didn't like how you charge $10 a person for breakfast. The hot tub wasn't even hot there was hardly ever any towels housekeeping. The water pressure. The only thing I like was the price to stay as many nights as I did. Some staff members were friendly and some others were kind of rude.

Housekeeping never cleaning my room the entire stay, no change of linens either. Called no answer had to go to desk to request everything. Stated during renovations so conditions to be expected, other than this the hotel was nice and had many restaurants and activities near some even walking distance!! Overall decent property for the price.
