"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. "Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Küche und oben zwei Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach. Alles geräumig, neuwertig und soweit in Ordnung. Lichtverhältnisse über dem Essenstisch könnten z.B. durch eine Stehlampe verbessert werden und die Couch unten könnte ein paar Kissen vertragen. Kleinigkeiten, die das gute Bild abrunden würden ;) "

"We enjoyed our stay ar Adam apartments. Ondrej was really helpful and tentative. He responded quickly to any question we had. The complex is very well maintained and organuzed. Parking is located just in front of the building. "

"The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. Meals are delivered to the table on a plastic tray—- just likeMcDonalds. Way to ruin a rustic hotel experience!!!"
