"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"The services was pathetic. Most of the area was booked for private parties so we couldn't go anywhere. It was like staying in a hotel and not resort. Also, during checkout they took more amount from us. When I checked it, and asked for a refund, they said they have initiated the refund. But I never got it back. They are just thiefs who show you the correct bill. But in final bill which they don't show you they add many bills twice."
