"We very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and ready for us early. Nancy, the manager, couldn’t have been nicer. This is a no-frills place—but the location can’t be beat! You walk across the street to the beach, and the lively shopping area with restaurants and fun is so close. It’s a quick walk, or you can take the free trolleys/busses. The outdoor area with a nice pool was so relaxing. We used it often. We would stay again. We had 3 teens with us, and they had a blast. We all felt safe....

"Family and I stayed here for spring break and the facilities were awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The are is still cleaning up after the hurricane, but it definitely did not affect the fun in the area. We will be planning a return trip."

"The property and unit was great. No complaints. The area is fast growing and there are several options for food choices. A couple of challenges with check on but they were quickly resolved. I think I have found our next lodging!"

"I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. "A nice space for my wife and I during our one week Florida vacation. Two bedrooms & two baths with a nice living room space and more than adequate kitchen area. The complex is mostly working folks and not a tourist spot. But for the space we got compared to VRBO's or hotels it was certainly worth the price. "What an absolute disaster! I booked this boat and I called the number no less than six times could not contact with anyone. Hotels.com did try to help me they could not contact anyone. So at 6 o’clock at night I was left with no place to stay and no one contacted me. I am sitting here the next day and no one has ever reached out to me. I lost my money. Hotels.com only gave me a $25 credit."

"Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."
