The hotel has great potential! Our key cards didn’t work most of the time, even after getting new ones. They had a club in their downstairs bar on Friday and Saturday night that brought quite a crowd- I wish we would have known sooner because we had 5 kids with us.

Room was not clean nor safe. Bathtub was severely chipped, toilet was gross even after requesting housekeeping. Smoke detector was yanked from the wall and bare wires were showing. It was a place to sleep and had a hot shower.

Power was out at my place, I got a room with my young twins. I saw a roach run across the room with all the lights on. So dirty and front staff was not even surprised!! Contacting Expedia with pics of bug and roach poop. STAY AWAY if you care about cleanliness.

The lobby had mud on the floor, the entire lobby was old and not well taken care of, and the rugs were filthy. The room wasn't clean and we found toenails in the carpet. No coffee packets were provided. The tub was in such bad shape, it was painted over to cover the scratches but the paint was coming off the "repairs". The maid tried to clean our room 2 hours before checkout. We will never stay at this Comfort in again. No lights were on in the parking lot which was very unsafe.

I booked a nonsmoking room but my room smelled strongly of cigarette and other smokes. I arrived later at night and was wary after spending time in the lobby waiting to check in. I think they are working on updating the property and maybe I got unlucky with my room. My room had white stains over the carpet, headboard, and furniture. I was happy to leave as soon as I could in the morning. I wish I had a better experience because the price was great!

The regular front desk staff are very nice. Probably the reason i have stayed several times. But my last stay will be my last. Everytime, and i mean that literally, everyrime i have stayed i have had to request to switch rooms. This last time is because i needed a room with a frig and even though they switched my room there still was no frig. TV quit on me mid show. I had to fix the running toilet myself. Someone was testing pool water when i wanted to swim. Breakfast was pretty much shut down even though i came before 9am (and thats too early to close btw). Scary, drunk people in elevator. Its inexpensive, but too cheap for me.

For the price, this hotel really can’t be beat. Room rates generally are under 100 a night. The property is showing some signs of aging, such as scuffs on walls older furniture with some chips, but you can tell that it is still cleaned and maintained well by the staff. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. The rooms themselves are spacious. The staff is extremely friendly. Check in is easy. The front desk will make eye contact and greet you as you come and go from the lobby. I never require much assistance, but if I needed something, I got the impression that I would be taken care of and at the end of the day, the impression of helpfulness is just as important as the help itself. FOR THE PRICE…the value is there for a comfortable, clean hotel with a great staff and breakfast.
