"No place is perfect, we always find good sides and bad sides of the places to stay; we see more good sides for this place and there are some minor sides to be improved but we did not mind them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place, safe and quiet and class and quality. Super kind and great hospitality. "

"This place is lovely. About a 5min walk to the Democracy monument and a 90sec minute walk out to the main road where there are restaurants, 7-11, and tuktuks. You pretty much need to walk from the road down the lane to get to the place as the lane is not really wide enough for a taxi. The lanes are well lit and we never ever felt they were unsafe. It's got a lovely patio upstairs and on the ground floor. The breakfast changed each day and were lovely Thai curries with fruit, coffee and tea....

"Basic, no window in room no lift to get access to higher floors. No full time reception you have to ring someone to come. "

"This is a very basic hotel. But it is safe, clean, and comfortable. I had an inside, ensuite double room, which i think is probably much quieter than the rooms with windows, as they face the busy street and traffic. Breakfast is basic toast, cereal, and coffee/tea, served on the rooftop. Only drawback is there is no elevator. So, this is not the place for those with mobility issues. The staff was excellent -- friendly, helpful, and kind. Hotel is close to Pahurat Market, Sampeng Lane, China...

"There's a ferry pier nearby. I love the area around this place. The park-like place in front is nice and quiet. It isn't crowded like in siam area. Both MRT and Bus station ares across the river and only five minutes away if you walk. There aren't many restaurants nearby. You gotta walk around 10 mins to chinatown for food. The place can be considered "not bad" at this price range. It's more like a hostel with separate rooms. There's a shared kitchen on the ground floor. I saw there were free...

"We love our stay from nov 23 to 28 2023, they clean our room everyday, they provided daily water, coffee and tea. Bed are so comfy.. location are so near to 711, streetfoods and local restaurant espacially to pratunam clothes vendors!!! We will definitely be back in Amber Inn"

"The property is a wonderful boutique hotel with 4 rooms. Our room was impeccable. The staff was very warming and very helpful with any and all situations. The location is within walking distance to the emerald buddha, reclining buddha, and a few other must-sees. The property owner also sent a number of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok. P.S. the best mango sticky rice in the world is 200m away (K. Panich)."

"Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Huge thermite problem. My luggage was filled with thermites when I came home. My room was full of thermites twice. It’s a cheap hostel in Thailand, AC works, fan is good. Can’t expect much more. "

"Arm, Mark and Wine were beyond an amazing staff. Breakfast was excellent even when an early start for the day was needed, everything would be packaged up in a togo package. They handled all of transportation needed for visiting all the wonderful places in Bangkok. Not to mention all the special touches like noticed my birthday date on my passport and surprising me with cake or the special afternoon tea they set up. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Bangkok. Excellent location...
