"Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. "Great place and friendly staff. Nice terrace and garden. Kitchen available to use for budget travelers. Just be careful - many rooms have shared bathrooms and this is not easy to see when booking. To us it came as an unwelcome surprise. That being said the shared bathroom was always clean. But the room with bathroom is just $8 more expensive, so we would have preferred it. "

The pool is nice and clean, the lady at the front desk is great, she was very friendly and professional, we asked for water at our room and she delivered a big bottle right away very friendly. The rooms have a full kitchen with a large fridge and stove, super convenient if you’re staying for many days because you can go grocery and cook your own food to save money. This is definitely a great place for a low budget. A "

"La habitación le falta muchos detalles en acabados, el hotel está ubicado en una casa antigua y se escuchan los pasos del pasillo del segundo piso, las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias y había muchísimos zancudos, el baño se salía el agua de la poseta y la cerradura de la puerta del baño estaba mala, la cama era cómoda pero faltaron cobijas ya que solo estaba la sábana de la cama, en el desayuno la chica que nos atendió era poco atenta y solo dieron huevos revueltos con una tajada de pan...

"I stayed here again. I like the owner and the manager very much. They are professional and diligent. There are the same two cleaning ladies as always. I have no concerns ever with my possessions, as staff are honest and there are cameras. I also like that it is near a bus stop for El Mio, and right behind a huge supermarket. Great value if you’re concerned about your budget!"

"This hotel is like a loft located in a great area called Penon! Very centrally located by the river, mall, lots of restaurants and night life. Breakfast was good it’s total worth it if you like a kitchenette. It doesn’t have a swimming pool however if you’re in town for business or exploring you will love this place. "
