"The property was excellent. We stayed in the luxury apartment with a hot tub on the balcony. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are fab. One thing I would like to comment on is the fact on the Expedia website it says it has a restaurant/bar which it does not. It also give u an option to get breakfast to the room and late night room service. "The location was perfect for a short break in Krakow. Everything was in easy walking for the central city tours. Easy to find, easy check in and out. Would thoroughly recommend for couples who want to be in the heart of the city. "

"We have stayed in Apartment 9 and then 7 at Stolarska. Apartment no 7 was far better than 9 because the bathroom was in much better condition and there were more amenities. Both were big and in the heart of Krakow, also on a quiet street. It’s definitely a find and I’d stay there again. The reception staff were very helpful and the place was easily accessible. "

"Everything about Bracka 6 is fabulous from the location to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the cleanliness of the apartments which had everything you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was the small gift on the second day and the beautiful Christmas decorations. Thoroughly recommend "

"A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night."

"Riverside Aparthotel was beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a great stay, even had a washing machine and supplied the pods. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. In a nice quiet area but close to all the sights. All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. "

"It was a bit daunting at first as you walk in as they must be doin decorating there but the apartment was nice and clean and very warm ,the staff was nice i also had message day before asking if they like to do anything for us so they ordered us transport from the airport and back again. Cant Fault them . The bar was nice too so was the roof top. The restaurant wasnt open only for big Venues i got told when we arrived so was gutted about that, it wasnt what we expected there as the pictures...

Great little hotel

"My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were wonderful. So helpful and couldn’t have done more to make us welcome. We had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean and warm. Fantastic location and easy to walk everywhere. Very happy and would definitely stay again. "

"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a sign on the door if opting out.) That was awkward. I think the opt-out option in most other hotels is better."

"The room was clean and spacious enough for two. Lovely shower especially after a day in the cold. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only one thing that could have been better were the pillows, they were a bit flat once you laid on them. But then again that may be a personal preference."
