"Great location right in the old city. The hotel has a parking lot that they work with next to it so that is convenient. The restaurant is one of the best in town. The front desk team were friendly and helpful. Fantastic team! Only challenge was that we are low carb but for breakfast - only option is a croissant. But that is easily over looked."

"The property was located in a great area. We were there while there was road construction which made it less 'scenic!' but that was not the fault of the hotel. We had the small room on the ground floor which we booked last minute over St. Patrick's Day weekend. Nothing wrong with the room except there was no comfortable chair and no window with a view. I would definitely stay here again but opt for another larger room. Staff were excellent and extremely supportive. Breakfast was OK - a little...

"Possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wish I could live in the lobby alone! The two attached restaurants were convenient and wonderful. The staff were so so kind and helpful. Our room was stunning with an incredible view. The area was so cute and amazing restaurants and bars all over. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. We just had an incredible trip and can’t wait to come back!"

"Hotel Nelligan was a pleasure from start to finish, and this was despite a massive construction project on the street in front of the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, the accommodations incredibly well-appointed, clean and comfortable, the price point was excellent for the value, and the location right in the middle of Old Montreal can't be beat. I would characterize this place as elegant rustic. Will definitely book again if back in Montreal! "
