"We very much enjoyed our stay! As fellow creatives, it was fun to be immersed in a Big Art Project that we learned about during the home gallery tour. "The property was very clean and nice. My room was a little away from the freeway, so I was not bothered by freeway noise; however, the fan in the bathroom could not be turned off at any time and I could not sleep all night because of it. It would be nice to have a microwave oven in the room. I had to dress up and go to the lobby to warm up my food at 6:30am- somewhat inconvenient."

"The room was fine. I did encounter a serious problem. My wife is in need of a handicapped room. I followed your instructions regarding contacting the hotel after booking through your site. I was told there would be an extra charge for the room. As I had no choice i reluctantly agreed. on checkin I was told I could charge the amount cited by Hotels.com and pay the additional 30 dollars in cash. "The location of the hotel is convenient, lots of shops and restaurants near by; hot breakfast is superb, lots of selections; the only inconvenience is the broken elevator that is still under repair; lucky we always travel light so not really a big deal for us. The staff were very responsive to our requests and very helpful. We will definitely come back."
