I stayed in 5 hotels during my two week stay and this hotel was my favourite! The room was spacious, it smelled clean, the view was breathtaking, and it was connected to the station so getting on and off the Shinkansen was a breeze. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English, but we used Google Translate to communicate. The room was spacious. The bath was very warm, but relaxing. Very traditional Japanese breakfast as well. Overall, great experience."

"Amazing place, clean spacious rooms for the Japanese style rooms, great dinner and breakfast and clean onsens. Would highly reccomend for those staying in the Yamagata area given tbe proximity to the train station"

"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "
