"We were booked into this hotel by Orbitz as part of a flight reservation, a hotel for a few hour stop prior to a 3:40 AM flight out of Lima Peru. The hotel had no record of our Orbitz reservation, and so would have charged us their full rate, rather than the highly discounted rate promised by Orbitz as part of the flight package. "Hostal Staffs are extremely friendly and willing to help you. The Hostal always has someone to open the door for you as soon as you ring the bell. You feel very safely to stay in this Hostal. It's about 10 minutes' walk to the main Plaza and everything else in City Center. It's an 8 minutes' walk to the Bus & Taxi station to go to Ollantaytambo and other cities near Cusco."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived in the early morning, they let us adding a half day room check in, which included the breakfast. After that we could catch a day of city tour in time. The price was reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The two rooms were clean and comfortable. So we booked next day the same chain of hotel in Cusco. And highly recommended to other travelers."
