"We were booked into this hotel by Orbitz as part of a flight reservation, a hotel for a few hour stop prior to a 3:40 AM flight out of Lima Peru. The hotel had no record of our Orbitz reservation, and so would have charged us their full rate, rather than the highly discounted rate promised by Orbitz as part of the flight package. "The hotel is located in a safe and nice location. I had an issue with the room cleanliness the next day and the housekeeping staff came and cleaned it immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. The breakfast offers limited options and there was no English language description on several breakfast dishes which was inconvenient to non-Spanish guests. There is no room service for lunch and dinner. The front desk and security was professional and helpful. "
