"24h service, warm accomodation with good parking, views and everything you need nearby. Highly recommended. Rent your own car to be more flexible in your adventure. Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again."

"Lots of skii routes and easy access to the lifts. Great place to skii from January to April. You can also go and see the northern lights in the area since its right on the border or the arctic circle."

"Mökki on iso, mutta pohjaratkaisu kömpelö. Pesuhuone on turhan iso ja vessa aivan liian pieni. Mökki itsessään on mukavalla paikalla ja viihtyisä. Auton saa aivan oven eteen. Vuodesohva oli ihan hyvä, mutta erilaisella pohjaratkaisulla mökkiin saisi parisängynkin."

"We stayed 3 nights at the end of May 2023 and were there to participate in the NUTS Karhunkierros ultra Trail event. The apartment was cosy, clean and calm. The only thing the owner should consider is adding some light-blocking curtains to the bedrooms. There is no night in Ruka at this time of the year and it’s very difficult to get a good sleep in a bedroom with daylight conditions. Otherwise all good."

"Mökki oli kuvatun lainen ja siistissä kunnossa saapuessamme. Paikka oli toimiva ja kolme tarjottua huonetta käytännöllisiä ja sopivasti varusteltuja. Sauna ja kylpyhuone olivat myös toimivat ja siistit. Takapihalla / terassilla oli kuitenkin melko paljon roskaa, vaikka lumien lähdöstä oli toukokuun lopussa jo yli kuukausi(?). Autonlatauspistoke parkkipaikan vieressä toimi hienosti, tämä pitäisi nykypäivänä olla vakiovaruste, vaikka sitten maksullisena."

Maintenance was sending detailed SMS instructions about how the cottage should be cleaned and what time they will be coming to inspect the property."

"It was very nice to have a floor heating system in the toilet. Also the location is perfect if you are going to ski and snowboard! Friendly and helpful staff members! The bus connection to the airport worked well. Only thing we were missing, was a toaster and a spatula."

"The location is good - not far away from anywhere in Ruka. Apartment is clean, cozy and nicely decorated. If the booking is made, as we did, the same day as arrival, the check-in instructions may need to be called after. "

It was spacious, equipped with all the kitchen necessities, and was close to the rentals and gondola. Not too mention all the nearby restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay."

The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. "The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. There are restaurants, shopping stores, and tour agencies all within walking distance. Also the bus stop to the airport is a 4 minute walk. I would come back to this hotel and location big time. Finland is a dream!!"

"So it was a walk down 79 steps to the village, so in ski boots that is challenging but you get used to it. Hot water did run out after 30 minutes or so on a couple of occassions. Apartment was superb and had a sauna and towels and bedding and all kitchen implements such has cooker, microwave, dishwasher kettle, washing machine. Separate toilet to bathroom (teenagers need this). As good as Ruka Suites but just 50m further away on those steps."

"We stayed in Glass Villas - view was amazing, everything was really nice. I would have liked a proper double bed, but the two beds that were pushed together were also comfortable. Ventilation made quite a lot of noise, but it also meant that we could adjust the temperature as we liked. I would definitely stay there again."
