"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Romantic and quiet, but close to bigger cities. The neighbors are welcoming and hospitable. I was with my wife and our two kids and we had an amazing experience!!!! This gorgeous and cozy place will make your stay in the Ticino region of Switzerland one of the greatest memories of your life!!"

"The property has fantastic views and is central. Cant be beaten from that aspect but there could certainly be improvements made. It is dated, the shower is terrible, it is extremely hot during the evening due to no aircon thus making for an uncomfortable sleep. The site says they supply toilet paper and soap which they do - one roll and one very small bar of soap. For a stay of 4 days it was nowhere near enough. "

"Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. "Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking spots in general, let alone for vacationers. "The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."
