"The building is from the 19th century so it has a charm to it. The floors are pretty good. The heater was able to make it comfortable as it was maybe 40F outside at night. Maybe it was colder. I really want to love this place as the location is great, the owners were very friendly and accommodating but keeping in mind the price in a perfect world the hallways wouldn't creep in so much noise from other guests. That's perhaps my only complaint. The doors being perhaps the thing I wish kept...

I randomly picked a town on my drive & the reviews seemed good so I took and figured I was just going to sleep and shower to head to Custer the next day but it was so nice I walked my dogs in the evening around town and relaxed in a very clean room then the next morning hung around...

"Ice machine out of order. Need to have a coffee machine. Scared to get coffee from coffee maker. The nonstick coating on the waffle maker was peeling off so scared to make a waffle. Fortunate enough I had friends that got a room at the Holiday Inn so I had breakfast over there. None of the doors locked to the hotel. The staff was nice but they probably should tear that place down and rebuild it. Sometimes getting a better deal doesn’t work out for you."
