We didn't have a chance to check out any aspects of teh hotel that are in a shared area (like the spa), but the hotel iteslf looked well maintained and on the newer side. "My son and I enjoyed staying at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, luxurious and the staff was friendly. Also, unlike many other hotels in Korea, it allowed us to change our reservation which was very important to us, given our hectic and ever-changing itinerary. I highly recommend it!"
