"Spent 6 nights at the hotel whilst on business. The room clean quiet and comfortable. Access to local stores and restaurants. Staff were helpful and a great location to get to meetings in central Riyadh. Will certainly reconsider again if I’m back in Riyadh "

Staff except the reception guy, not welcoming and showed lot of attitude. If any question asked, turned their faces and replied arrogantly."

"The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up."
