"Ein Stern ist selbst zu viel!!! Achtung - Betrug!!! Das Boot was angeboten wird gibt es zwar aber wird ausschließlich bei booking angeboten. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. Wir hatten einen Tag vorher gelesen das es an dem Standort nicht existiert und am Anreisetag sofort Expedia kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, nur...

"Bel hébergement, bien situé. Un petit magasin est disponible au niveau de la marina. Un autre se trouve trouve un peu plus loin dans Volendam. La péniche bouge un peu lorsqu'il y a du vent, donc il faut tout de même s'assurer que vous n'avez pas le mal de mer. La cuisine est pratique pour se faire à manger. La ville est superbe et facile d'accès à pied."

"Initial access to property was difficult. Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. Location of property was good. Bus to free ferry to and from Amsterdam Centraal ran every 30 mins. The ferry was every 4 mins and took very little time to cross. "24 hours open in reception.. I am enjoying that hotel but no restaurants nearby & shops. Thanks you for stay.. I hope come back here one day.. worth it.. only breakfast & have sandwiches/wrap & cold/hot any drinks pay reception anytime.. x"

"Just returned from a 4 night stay, and would definetely come back again. Hotel was conventiently located next to the metro/bus stations, making travelling so much simplier/quicker. The breakfast was very nice, and nice variety. The room itself was modern, and new, and everything worked as expected. Probably one of the best I have stayed at. For a family of four, the room was large enough with space and I could even keep our buggy there!"
