"I loved everything about the resort expect for housekeeping. The last day there they started to knock on our door at 7:30am, then again at 8:15 and again at 9:46 and again at 10:15 and again at 10:50. We were leaving on a Disney cruise ship that morning, and checked out at exactly 11am. We had kids in the room and they woke them several times. It was very inconvenient and we felt very rushed to leave when we were not late for check out. Check out was at 11am. "

"The location is not good for us. Also very disappointed in the Turf Club. Waited almost hour before our waiter showed up. He was very nice but food was just so so. Definitely would not return."

"Everything the place is amazing. Everyone is helpful. The rooms were great. The place was great getting around all the champs everything and signed with a reasonable price when they get to jack up easily, but they weren’t. It was a nice comfortable enjoyable experience. I didn’t feel like it robbed me every single day, which Disney usually does"

"Very nice resort. Kitchen utensils for cooking were very limited-one very small saucepan. They did bring a skillet when I called to ask for more. We had a couple of issues with the room maintenance and each time we called, they sent someone immediately."

"Julissa was very helpful at the front desk, Thank you! The only complaint is that I couldn’t reach anyone for the hours of the waterpark. Therefore, we only got an hour and a half in there before they close. Would nice to have an update somewhere on your website."
