"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, right next to the church, with shopping stores and restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach Granada’s famous palace either by walking or taking a short ride. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in solving any issues. "So the property is impecable. Honestly I was not expecting such a nice property for the price. The one complaint I have which became very annoying was the lack of support with luggage and accessing the parking which was very complicated to park and narrow. No bellhops on premises either. Aside from this, everything else was above average."
