"The stay was ok it was the check in that was …awful. The situation could’ve been hadled a millions times better. As the front staff female attendant was very brut to try to understand the situation and explain a solution calmly. Getting pushed aside doesn’t not mean a customer understands and maybe offering options could’ve helped "
